Return & Exchange

For domestic orders, we allow a return policy within 30 days since you received your order for a full refund if you are just unsatisfied with either the appearance or quality of the product. You need to pay for the return shipping cost. Of course, exchange is available.

Easy Returns

In order to save your time, we make returns rather easy. If you decide to return your goods, you just need to:

  • Contact us within 30 days since you received the purchase
  • Repackage your order, remember to include proof of your purchasing and other accessories.
  • Go to your local post office and get your package shipped. 
  • We will refund your order price after we receive your return parcel.

What happens next?

Replacement Orders

We’ll email you a new order number. When it's heading out the door we'll send you a shipping email and let you know when to expect it.

Store Credit

If you need a store credit, we'll email you a store credit code to use on our shop, and let you know the amount and expiration date. You can enter it at the checkout to apply the discount to a new order.


It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

1. Refunds via the payment method you used when placed the order

The refund will return to the account used to make the purchase. This will appear as a credit in your account which you can use to make a new purchase or request to withdraw to your bank account.

2. Refunds via Credit Card

When a refund is organized for a credit card, it will return to the same card used to purchase.

3. How long will the refund take?

The amount of time it takes for a refund to return depends solely on the bank or card issuer. Some banks/card issuers finalize refunds within 2-7 business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to display and process refunds. If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can also contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual timeframes.

4. What if that account and/or card has been canceled?

You will need to contact your bank to alert them that you were expecting a refund to this account or card and make alternative arrangements with them.

5. Can the refund be sent to a different card or account?

As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get a refund on its way back to you.
